Refund and Returns Policy - Sabi Thrift

At Sabi Thrift, we care about giving you value for your money. Every piece we list is carefully inspected, described, and photographed before it goes live. Most of our items are thrifted (pre-owned), and we take time to highlight their condition honestly.
Because of the nature of thrift shopping and how unique our inventory is, we operate under a strict no-return, no-exchange policy with one exception. Please read the full details below before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once your order is confirmed and payment is made, the sale is considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.
This means we do not issue refunds or accept returns if:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- The item doesn’t fit
- The color appears slightly different from your screen
- You “expected something else”
- The item is thrifted and shows light wear (e.g. faded label, mild fabric softness)
We post clear photos, include size details, and describe every item as accurately as possible. We also encourage you to ask questions before buying, especially if you’re unsure about fit, condition, or fabric.
2. No Refunds for Wrong Size
It is your responsibility to check the listed size and measurements before you buy. If you’re unsure, please message us—we’ll gladly help with extra info or suggestions.
We do not accept refunds or returns if:
- You ordered the wrong size
- You assumed the item would stretch or fit differently
- You didn’t check sizing details listed in the product description
We try our best to share accurate size tags or flat-lay measurements. Because every body is different, we encourage you to compare the size with a similar item you already own.
3. When a Refund Is Allowed
We will consider a refund only if the item you receive is significantly damaged or not as described, and that damage was not shown or mentioned during listing.
Examples of acceptable refund reasons:
- Item arrives with a big tear or hole that wasn’t disclosed
- There’s a large stain not visible in the photos
- You received a completely different item than what you ordered
To request a refund:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order
- You must send clear photos showing the problem
- You must explain what’s wrong and include your name and order info
We’ll review the issue, and if your request is approved, we will refund the item cost (excluding the delivery fee). Refunds are processed through bank transfer within 2–5 business days after approval.
We do not offer store credit or exchanges at this time.
4. What’s Not Covered
We won’t issue a refund or accept a return if:
- You ordered the wrong size or didn’t check measurements
- You damaged the item after receiving it
- You didn’t report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Thrifted items may show gentle signs of use like light fading, mild wear, or softness from washing. These are not considered defects, they’re part of the thrift shopping experience.
5. How to Contact Us for a Refund Request
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please reach out immediately through one of the following:

- Your full name
- Order number or screenshot
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A short explanation of the problem
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and let you know if your request is approved.
6. No Exchanges
Each piece we sell is unique. Once it’s sold, it’s gone. For that reason, we can’t offer exchanges or swaps. If you’re interested in another item, you’ll need to place a new order.
7. Delivery Fees Are Non-Refundable
If your refund is approved, it covers only the cost of the item. Delivery fees are paid directly to third-party logistics providers and are not refundable under any circumstance.
